- 緣起：現代化之環境下，作為傳統音樂藝術的16弦鋼絲箏，已被鋼琴、豎琴化的21弦尼龍纏弦箏所取代，傳統音樂之「韻」味已逐漸消失。藉由16弦箏的修復及收集，在學術及音樂演奏美學的支持下，成立國內外唯一之「傳統箏研究中心」，結合大台南地區及國內相關民間箏樂社團，透過科班的教學與民間進行交流，並舉辦學術研討會及箏樂交流演出，保存並發展16弦箏的傳統音樂文化價值。
About
In the modern environment, the 16-string steel zither, as a traditional music art, has been replaced by the 21-string nylon-wrapped zither that is similar to the piano and harp, and the "charm" of traditional music has gradually disappeared. This project will establish the only "Traditional Zither Research Center" in China and abroad through the restoration and collection of 16-string zithers, with the support of academic and music performance aesthetics, and will combine the Greater Tainan area and related folk zither music associations in China to communicate with the folk through professional teaching, and hold academic seminars and zither music exchange performances to preserve and develop the traditional music and cultural value of the 16-string zither.

Vision
1. The only "Traditional 16-string zither research center" in China and abroad has academic value and preserves traditional Chinese culture.
2. The 16-string zither and its works of traditional music culture are preserved and developed.
3. Combine domestic and folk 16-string zither performance clubs to promote them with academic leadership.
4. Professional students' in-depth participation in the folk will help their future career development.
5. The club's 16-string zither teaching has academic support, which can expand its teaching performance.
